It was 2017 when Lobito de Mar was born in Marbella, Dani García’s seafaring bar. The philosophy was clear: to pay tribute to the Mediterranean and revive the essence of Andalusian beach bars, where fish, seafood, and rice dishes have always taken center stage.
Years later, that same passion made its way to the capital, and in 2019 Lobito de Mar Madrid opened its doors—a restaurant that combines the freshness of the sea with the cosmopolitan energy of the city. A space designed to enjoy the finest seafood in a carefully curated setting, reflecting Mediterranean identity with its own distinctive touch.
